Carney could be putting Canada in Line for these special actions; the problem is @rcmpgrcpolice and @csiscanada lack the capacity to counter hostile networks that threaten ‘high harm’ from PRC, Iran and China. As we saw very quickly with the CBC ‘don’t call it terror’ fiasco. For Canada to play a bigger role globally it first needs to have a functioning domestic security apparatus and the right allies in addition to a strong military, and one that is not training with China, or an RCMP partnering with Ministry of Public Security. This is basic for experts in geopolitics and Canada’s true capability. It’s a 20 plus year plan to build Canada up to what it should be. Not a PR deck designed to keep Carney’s polling stratospheric.

The good? Recent business tax announcements and resource developments plans have strong potential. Unless China and captured elites mess that up Nortel style.
