I say this everytime. Even changing our digital sales team's location from Ikeja to Ikoyi almost doubled sales in 3 months.
We currently don't market at all for our operations in Ikoyi, Lekki, Abuja, Surulere and Ikeja. They're usually fully booked organically.
Sometime in 2013, 3 years after starting business, I was tired, frustrated and I wanted to give up, because the business was dying.
One big move changed everything, we moved from Ogba to Ikoyi in Lagos. Guess what? In less than 3 months, we quadrupled our revenue. Business just took off. We didnβt change much, same product, same message, same service level. We only changed our name from Fruitivegies to @sofreshng, and of course, our location.
That one shift made us visible to the right people. The right audience found us, and that made all the difference. We went from debating marketing strategies every day to debating how to keep up with demand.
So, hereβs my advice: review your location and distribution channels today. Sometimes, itβs not your product thatβs the problem, itβs where youβve placed it.
Yesterday, we dedicated and commissioned our 14th facility, our Ibadan centre, and expanded our operations to our sixth African city.
This centre is special to me as I was born in Ibadan and spent many years schooling in this academic city.
We are grateful to our amazing friends like Eniola @bankyloola, Sam Okike and our dear friend Pastor Victor Akuwa who handled the prayers.
We bless God for provision and His Powerful hand in our lives.
Ah. Tosin. Thanks. I am usually worried about twitter lol. I prefer the safety of Ig π π π . Twitter needs a strong mind.
So my videos are on ig for nowπ

Last week Sunday, we dedicated our new centre in Egbeda.
With this centre, we can deliver faster to areas like Iyana Ipaja, Ejigbo, Abule Egba, Ayobo and even Ojo-LASU.
This facility can also produce 25,000 cakes annually at optimal capacity, further pushing our expansion into Alimosho- the most populated local government area in Lagos.
We are grateful to our family, friends, staff, vendors and business partners who have contributed immensely to our growth.
We pray for more grace as we continue to take excellence to more cities ππ½
I was privileged to serve as Chairman of the Caleb University Carol/Award Ceremony, during which a final-year student was made the One-Day Vice-Chancellor.
Supporting education has been one of our major goals, and we usually honour official University engagements.
We also announced our official scholarship program for brilliant students whose academics are affected by lack of funds.
We believe deeply in the transformational power of an educated mind and are grateful for every opportunity to serve.
We are happy to announce the launch of our newest operational facility in Johannesburg, South Africa.
This landmark opening is our first in Southern Africa and underscores our global vision to deliver excellent and affordable cakes very fast in every country possible.
We now have operations in West Africa (Nigeria), East Africa (Kenya), and now Southern Africa (South Africa).
In this journey, we have learnt many lessons and feel more reassured that our next venture into markets in Europe, Asia and America will happen as soon as early next year.
We are grateful to all our partners, friends, and families for their support, prayers and encouraging messages.
