@grok based on my interactions, profile, followers and accounts I follow. Can you give me a guess profile including political views, age, marital status, and any intangible that you can assert regarding my personality? Describe the good, the positive and the negative as well.
@CoachBeede Unfortunately true. However this applies to Society on so many levels. Baseball is just a sample of the whole jar. Hopefully good coaches like you keep spreading truths.
@DaleARex Pros: Lighter bats will help less strong kids adjust to BBCOR standards.
Cons: Be ready to spend $400+ on these new bats every year as your player gets stronger.
There’s a reason why they rolled out 3 new levels…. 4 years of HS, a new bat per year.
It’s all about the $$$.

@baseballbatbros It’s all about the money. New bats that will “improve” metrics, new suckers paying $400 for them. Watch the army of “influencers” hyping the new bats as they roll out... Also watch out for big brands bending the rules to come up with PEB’s (performance enhancing bats) $$$
Marcos Rubio just confirmed what everyone knows: Belgium players are not human, proven by the recent release of alien files. Therefore they have been expelled from the US. The American team is now officially in the Quarterfinals.
@NavyBsbRecruits@CoachBeede Do you have to enlist first and then compete in tryouts? Or will recruiters offer a Navy contract after confirming the player will make the team?
When I was playing for the Cincinnati Reds, I got a wake-up call.
I was told that if I didn't start hitting for more power, I probably wouldn't be around much longer.
So I asked everyone I could for help.
Mentors (Former MLB Players).
Coaches.
Players.
Strength coaches.
Trainers.
One of the trainers watched me move and immediately noticed something.
He said,
"Your hips and back are too tight."
He explained that I wasn't rotating as well as I could, and it was costing me power.
Now, this wasn't the only thing I worked on.
But it became part of my daily routine.
Before every lift.
Before every hitting session.
I'd spend a few minutes unlocking my body's ability to rotate.
I call it the R.O.T.A.T.E. Routine.
R – Release your spine (Foam Roller Thoracic Extensions)
O – Open your hips (90/90 Hip Rotations)
T – Turn your spine (Open Books)
A – Activate your posture (Wall Angels)
T – Train your movement (Cat-Cow + Scorpions)
E – Explode with dry swings focusing on smooth rotation
Over time, I noticed a difference.
I rotated better.
I stayed in my posture longer.
And I started driving the baseball with more authority.
So here's what I'd do tonightif i wanted to add a little power without swinging a bat:
✅ 10 Cat-Cows
✅ 10 reps of 90/90 Hip Rotations per side
✅ 10 Open Books per side
✅ 10 Foam Roller Thoracic Extensions
✅ 10 Wall Angels
✅ 10 Scorpions
✅ Finish with 10 slow, controlled dry swings focusing on rotating smoothly from the ground up.
The Wins Column
✅ Did I move better than when I started?
✅ Did I feel more rotation through my hips and upper back?
✅ Did my swing feel smoother?
✅ Did I stay in my posture longer?
Because there's one thing I've learned:
Sometimes adding power isn't about swinging harder.
It's about removing what's holding your body back.

Manfred got insulted by Trevor. In public. His ego could not stand that a player called him out, so he made sure to kill Trevor’s career. I’d bet those girls were coerced to do what they did by powerful people.
Unfortunately…
17 pitchers have been signed by MLB orgs from the Atlantic League so far.
@BauerOutage has been named Atlantic League Pitcher of the Month for both April and May, being recognized as the most valuable pitcher in the league each month so far.
Fans love him.
Stadiums sell out for him.
Teammates love him.
Front offices love him.
He’s never paid a false accuser a single cent.
His false accusers both currently face criminal charges.
And the initial allegations were so BS that he was never charged with a crime, let alone even arrested on suspicion.
Make it make sense.
