@mhp_guy This lets you find the ‘middle’ price range pretty quickly. Typical homeowner has no idea of what a project will cost. You can waste months getting enough contractors to show up and give a price so you have a good ‘average’ only to find out you don’t want to spend that much.

@zjruhl @krus_chiki Assuming you are talking about the 2nd photo. In the photo you are looking at the top of the weapon which is why you can see the forward assist. Carry handle is still there.

@PewLongRange Replies in this thread from ‘gun people’ who apparently never shot at a range where there is more than one bay 🤦🏻‍♂️You don’t shoot pistols in the 100yd+ bays and you don’t shoot rifles at the 25yd steel. You pay attention to caliber restrictions for certain bays. It’s not that hard

@Molson_Hart You made a counter-offer to the buyer with a deadline to accept? Slow market, your agent doesn’t agree with having a deadline? Every house I have bought/sold we put deadlines on offers/counters. It helps ‘end’ a negotiation so they can’t get butt-hurt if you work with new buyers

It’s amazing how many people don’t believe “Deposit these checks and transfer the funds to this other bank/account but keep a little bit for yourself” is fraud.

@JulieChangRE We have a Bosch 800 series DW in the kitchen and a 500 series in the pantry. Really like both. Super quiet. The dish spacing on the bottom rack is different (closer together) compared to your typical US made dishwasher. Something to look at if it would bother you.
