@EurostarUK amidst the half term chaos across the country this week, I wanted to say ‘well done’ for the organisation at st Pancras today. Yes queues were long (due to the sheer volume of passengers) but staff were prepared and helpful. Much appreciated 👏

@LeShuttle Over two and a half hours from Pet reception to actually boarding a train. Only just started moving at 20:50. I suggest quite a few things need to be reviewed to improve the process!

@LeShuttle Hi Vincent, thanks for your response. Whilst French border control has been a nightmare, actually getting to the border through the car park was an even bigger issue. When you try to board several trains all at the same time through a one way system, it was bound to happen 🤷‍♀️
