Another sick person threw a pup from the first floor in Panipat Haryana. He was warned when the tried displacing the pups about 3 weeks back. The pups is serious and the person has no remorse for doing what he did. @asharmeet02 @sonalidkamra @PANIPAT_POLICE @shashanksawan
