@TfL despite 4 phone calls this month asking for my reg to added to the watch list, I’ve been charged over £300 this month for travel that I haven’t taken. Why can’t you take this issue seriously!

If you’re planning on shopping @currys this year, unless you’re walking out with the item in your hands, I would avoid like the plague. Their ability to solve issues with online purchases would be laughable if it wasn’t so serious. Taking money and not refunding for 48hrs 🤷♂️🤔
Hi @currys If it’s going to take 48hrs to return money wrongly taken from a gift card could you please confirm so via an email. Being left in limbo without any written confirmation when a large sum of money is involved is rather worrying.
