The EU- Pakistan joint communiqué issued after Kaja Kallas’ visit to Pakistan contains the following paragraph:
“The Pakistan side briefed on the issue of Jammu and Kashmir. The EU side briefed on Russia’s war against Ukraine. Both sides expressed support to peaceful resolution of conflicts through dialogue and diplomacy, in accordance with the principles of the UN Charter.”
This paragraph has many very objectionable elements.
By accepting this language in the text the EU accepts that Jammu and Kashmir is an international issue that can legitimately figure in a joint statement between Pakistan and a third party.
The implication is that Jammu and Kashmir remains an unsettled issue territorially.
India’s clear position is that Jammu and Kashmir is an integral part of India.
Worse, an equivalence between Ukraine and J& K is established.
If Pakistan briefs Kaja Kallas on the Kashmir issue, she briefs Pakistan on the Ukraine issue.
The EU is also terming J&K as a conflict, which is Pakistan’s formulation.
The EU is also accepting that the J& K conflict should be resolved in accordance with the principles of the UN Charter.
Even the Chinese formulation contains a reference to bilateral agreements between India and Pakistan.
By bracketing J&K and Ukraine, Kaja Kallas willingly have up that option and played Pakistan’s game.
We should reject this para strongly and state our position on J& K firmly.
Armenia's PM Pashinyan:
We are working seriously to normalize relations with Türkiye and Azerbaijan, and I am convinced we will achieve that goal.
If we have no relations with Türkiye, that scale is empty — and an empty scale creates serious risks and instability.
Normalizing relations with Türkiye and Azerbaijan is not a matter of whim. It is a necessity.
Pakistan’s diplomatic efforts between the U.S. and Iran have helped prevent a return to full-blown war.
The EU is ready to contribute to a sustainable and peaceful resolution.
We bring economic leverage, hard-won nuclear expertise, longstanding relationships with Gulf partners, and direct engagement with Iran itself.
My press remarks with @MIshaqDar50 in Islamabad ↓
European Commission Vice-President Kaja Kallas:
The EU remains Pakistan’s largest export market, bigger than the US and China combined.
2026 offers an important opportunity to move EU-Pakistan relations onto a stronger, forward-looking footing.
Both sides share priorities on global and regional stability, a rules-based international order, free and fair trade, investment and sustainable connectivity.
Pashtun nationalist politicians now a days to BLA ,saaaaaaaar don't kill us pashtuns ,it was okay long as you were killing panjabis.
Please don't kill us.
Niggers keep up the support, why you changed ?
You’re a Pakistani politician, representing a political project dressed up in Pashtun nationalism. That’s the game. Stop hiding it behind dual citizenship comparisons and American blame. Afghan Pashtuns are Afghans. They don’t need your permission to be.
Pakistani Pashtun nationalism serving Pakistani state interests while claiming to speak for Afghan Pashtuns. This is all this is. Nothing more.
Jenabi @MKAchakzaiPKMAP sahib, after decades of respectful silence and watching the treacherous politics of what our father's generation used to call " two faced Khans" it is time for the younger generation of Afghanistan to categorically reject the remarks regarding Afghanistan's citizenship (Tazkira) and other matters of our internal affairs.
While we respect your role as a Pakistani Pashtun politician and tribal chief, particularly now as the leader of loyal parliamentary opposition within Pakistan's constitutional system, Afghanistan’s sovereign identity and social fabric must not be used as an instrument for a cross border political games.
Remember that Afghanistan is a nation state for more that a century. It is the shared, indivisible homeland of all its diverse ethnic groups including the Afghan Pashtuns. The legal-political and civic definition of an Afghan citizen was clearly codified including our 2004 Constitution. It is based on a civic and constitutional bond to the nation-state, not cross-border ethnic manipulation.
The 20th century proved that cross-border ethnic nationalism brought only bad blood and devastation. In the 21st century, chanting these outdated narratives risks pushing our region down the dangerous path of the former Yugoslavia. As you know historically, Afghanistan has never harbored secessionist tendencies among its major ethnic/linguistic groups. Today, however we are unfortunately witnessing a trend. Our country Afghanistan is placed on a powder keg due to the Taliban’s ethno-extremist and monopolistic rule—a regressive regime that Mr. Achakzai unfortunately continues to justify.
The time has come for Pakistani Pashtun political actors to stop exploiting Afghanistan for their own domestic agendas, and should focus attention exclusively on the constitutional and political challenges within their own country, rather than interfering in ours. We need your moral support to free our country from the medieval rule of the Taliban and in turn will support you to the same.
@Svadharma11 Start burying your dead, eating beef and eliminating casteist barbarism and then you Gangetics too can start associating with our Indus Valley heritage one day inshAllah.
That's my grandfather's dice a Pakistani dice from Harrappa indus valley civilization.
Bharat/Gangetic civilization has no business with that .
Stop claiming what's not yours , pettyass thieves.
This 4,500-year-old terracotta dice from the Indus-Saraswati Civilization is a powerful reminder of India’s living heritage. Dicing is also mentioned as a popular game in Rig and Atharva Vedas (two of the four sacred Vedic scriptures).
From symbols and craftsmanship to rituals, yogic practices, and collective memory, numerous elements of ancient Indian civilization continue to thrive in the daily social and religious life of Indian society across regions and communities.
Civilizational inheritance is not just about geography or ruins, it is defined by living customs, symbols, rituals, and unbroken cultural consciousness. India is the enduring living continuity of the Indus-Saraswati Civilization.
