Wrong.
The Bhitari inscription refers to the conquests of Maharaja Skandagupta I.
The exact line you have quoted reads like this :
पितरि दिवमुपेते विप्लुतां वंश-लक्ष्मीं भुज-बल-विजितारिर्यः प्रतिष्ठाप्य भूयः ।
“When his father (Kumaragupta) ascended to heaven, he (Skandagupta) who had conquered his enemies by the strength of his arms, restored the disturbed glory of the lineage once again.”
The text clearly refers to a restoration of fallen Gupta glory by Skanda who revived the conquests which had won the Guptas their izzat or prestige.
It says nothing about his mother being a Shudra. Any such claims made by any historian are nothing but figments of the imagination.
Cite the exact line where R.C Majumdar says was a Shudra.
@yashasvipratap No online circle needs women at any point, everyone has the leverage to create fake IDs of all sorts.
This is what the brahmavarta schismatics on reddit did for a long time, probably has more to do with their incestuous proclivities than attracting simps but it works nonetheless
