@Uber_India Yday I booked a cab for my cousin and he paid in cash when he reached the destination. And there was a fare change also as he took the shorter route. So even though the app shows 629 he paid only 500 as told by the driver. But it still shows as unpaid on my app.

@TPCGlobeCares Way bill no MAA562918455. Courier office less than 4kms but they are not ready to do home delivery. This is not the first time. When asked to deliver they would laugh it away. That's not what I paid for😠
