@nationalrailenq Can you check again as it definately didn't! We got on the train and was stuck on the platform for 10minutes whilst they tried sort an issue with the brakes, for us then to be told to leave the train as its cancelled

@MedequipUK 😂 😂 This is a joke, I've tried twice now!! First time I was fobbed of saying I'd get a call back....no phone call! Second time I had a collection booked, no one turned up and was told nothing was booked in! Hopefully it'll be 3rd time lucky 🤞🤞
