I have an international PhD studentship available for next year @sheffielduni in @MCB_Sheffield with @alicepyne and @BoultonLab. If you're interested in using single-molecule tools to understand how Shelterin safeguards telomeres - get in touch! 🧬 https://t.co/ZEZ12qqhBS
Just over a week left to apply for the postdoctoral position in our lab. We are an international and supportive bunch, focusing on biochemistry and structural biology of DNA replication. Happy to chat/answer your questions. Have a look and RT pls.
Now that it looks like that UK may be relaxing the visas restrictions:
If you are a Ukrainian scientist in the area of DNA replication/damage/ubiquitylation and want to join us for 6 months or so in a paid internship in Birmingham UK, please contact me offline. #ScienceForUkraine
We're looking for a new Head of Mass Spec @MRC_LMS! This is a great opportunity to lead an excellent team working on some fantastic science across a range of proteomics and metabolomics platforms - please RT! #massspec#proteomics#metabolomics https://t.co/lFCP4OYF27

Me: I need a shot of our 3D printed helicase structures! Lab: Let's throw them in the air! 😄 In reality, these proteins are only 15-30 nm in diameter. Thanks Indiana for playing along. 🤗#3Dprint#LabLife
This sample shown is the core of the helicase that unwinds DNA and was purified by my in-lab collaborator Yasunori Noguchi, a fellow postdoc from Japan, who is a wizard in sample preparation.
