@sahibarefoot Suggestion - Use Partial COD via Razorpay Magic Checkout. Collect 20% upfront (e.g. ₹400 on a ₹2,000 order) and the rest on COD. Add a T&C: if the order is refused/returned, forward + return shipping charges are deducted from the upfront payment before any refund.
