Izinkan saya undur diri dahulu, dari tahun lepas lagi belum berehat. Selamat hari raya guyss, maaf zahir dan batin ❤️
Good sharing.
Just want to add,
Please respect other people's children as well especially when they are still small (baby, toddlers, etc) Don't casually kiss them, or feed anything without their parents' consent. In short, ask their parents first before doing anything to them

Bukan kerana sombong, tetapi kerana terlalu banyak.
Dosa kita banyak, hajat kita banyak.
Tetapi, 10 malam akhir Ramadan ini, janganlah tinggal doa ini.

During pregnancy, a small number of fetal cells naturally cross the placenta and enter the mother’s bloodstream. This process, known as fetal microchimerism, means that tiny clusters of the child’s cells can take up residence in the mother’s body and remain there for decades after birth. What makes this phenomenon remarkable is that many of these fetal cells behave like stem cells. They are able to migrate through the body, settle in different tissues, and—in some cases—respond to injury.
Research over the past two decades has found fetal cells embedded in healing heart tissue, in regenerating skin, in the liver after injury, and in other organs where repair is taking place. Some of these cells appear capable of transforming into the types of cells needed for healing, such as heart muscle cells, liver cells, or immune cells. Others may contribute indirectly, by releasing molecules that support tissue repair and reduce inflammation.
Their influence isn’t always fully predictable, yet their presence in healing tissues is consistently observed.
STRANGE SIGNS YOU'RE ACTUALLY HEALTHY!!!!!
1. Your poop sinks in the toilet: your gut is likely absorbing nutrients well.
2. Your tummy's flatter in the morning: that's digestion, water & inflammation resetting overnight.
B. Your armpit has a smell (but it's not bad): that's not B.0. it's your body's signature scent natural and normal.
4. You drool when you sleep exhausted: your face muscles clocked out. that's deep recovery mode.
5. You handle cold better than others: your metabolism & brown fat are standing on business.
6. You sigh randomly during the day: that's your body pressing its internal reset button
7. You feel hungry at regular times daily: that's your metabolic rhythm and hunger hormones working properly.
8. You urinate regularly without urgency or burning: that's balanced hydration and healthy kidney function.
9. Your wounds heal quickly: your immune system isn't sleeping on the job.
10. You wake up without an alarm sometimes: your circadian rhythm is dialed in like a trained soldier.
There. Clean, direct, and hits like truth should.
My wife stopped fighting with me in 2018.
I thought we'd finally figured it out.
No more arguments about the dishes. No more sighing when I forgot something. No more asking me to help with things I should've noticed myself.
Peace.
That's what I called it.
For two years I lived in that silence thinking we'd reached some kind of marital maturity.
Then one night—11 PM, night before Thanksgiving—I found her crying in the kitchen.
Making pie crust from scratch because my mother had made a comment the year before about store-bought being "fine, I guess."
I asked what was wrong.
She looked at me like I was a stranger.
"Nothing."
That's when I realized:
She hadn't stopped fighting because things were better.
She stopped fighting because she stopped believing I would ever change.
The silence wasn't peace.
It was resignation.
She'd built her entire life around my absence…while I was still in the house. Eating the food she cooked. Sleeping in the bed she made. Parenting the kids she was raising.
And I called it partnership because I brought home a paycheck.
Most men don't have a marriage problem.
They have an absence problem.
Their wives stopped asking because asking hurt too much.
So they carry it alone. The meals. The schedules. The mental load. The holidays.
And we sit on the couch checking our phones thinking "at least we're not fighting anymore."
Brother, fighting would be better.
Anger means she still believes you could change.
Silence means she made peace with the fact that you won't.
Tomorrow is Thanksgiving.
Your wife is going to wake up before you. Start cooking while you sleep. Manage the chaos while you watch the parade. Clean up while you digest.
Unless you don't let her.
I wrote the protocol for coming home to a marriage you've been absent from.
The 5 stages of wifely resignation.
Why "I'll do better" doesn't work anymore.
The 30-day silent rebuilding system.
The conversation she needs to hear.
It's called "When She Stopped Asking."
Link below if you want it.
But whether you buy it or not—wake up first tomorrow.
