@johnarnold You could just trade for him through your office but make him write a memo for any investments he wants you to make. That will make it long term, low turnover, and encourage research rather than the gamification of an app and the dopamine from price action

Hard to find, but a fun history of Allen & Co and a great corporate thriller/true story. I only came across this ten years ago when Andrew Ross Sorkin wrote it was a favorite summer book.
