@EE Rather than ignore what I said, how about you arrange for someone to call me please who can actually resolve the issue (as I asked you to do in my last message), rather than me wasting yet more time calling in and repeating the whole saga yet again to an untrained call centre rep

@EE Spent two days calling people on 150. Your first line staff staff are clueless and both calls have been 30mins+ each of your call centre reps going “erm, OK - give me a minute” - I must have heard those exact words 30 times! How about you get someone capable to call me please!
So very sad this morning to hear of the passing of @JohnStapletonTV - one of our finest journalists and an utterly nice chap. Had the privilege of being interviewed a few times by him on TV and radio, always so considerate as well as well-prepared.
