It was built between 1868-1879 by immigrant labourers, many of which who were escaping famine, in an era when the U.S. had little immigration control

It’s a disgrace, Republicans aren’t exactly promoting education in America, and Democrats don’t do enough either. It’s part of Rule 9 of the IFAB Laws of the Game which is the exact rule book used by FIFA. So what’s your logic that it’s not a dead ball when the rule book states it is?

Policies that go against that doesn’t make that policy legal, if it went to court the case wouldn’t uphold a sign over a persons rights, if you do work for the public.
