From the very beginning of this initiative, you have volunteered your time, expertise, and leadership without requesting any form of payment. As the head perioperative nurse of our team, you have consistently ensured that the operating theatre is fully prepared, that every instrument is meticulously sterilized, and that the highest standards of aseptic technique are maintained throughout every procedure. Your professionalism and dedication have played a vital role in ensuring that these children undergo safe surgeries and return home free from postoperative infections.

Your selfless service has been an invaluable contribution to the success of this program. While I recognize that an honorarium is customary, I also know that no financial reward could truly reflect the value of what you have given. Your compassion, sacrifice, and commitment to the welfare of these children are beyond measure.

Please accept my heartfelt appreciation and sincere thanks. Your kindness, generosity, and dedication have touched the parents and their children. Your efforts are seen in every child who leaves healthier because of your service.

I have just seen this VIDEO of Ayo Oritsejafor revealing that someone visited the family of the beheaded teacher in the Oyo kidnapping to gift them two bags of rice and N500k. Thankfully, the family rejected the gift.

Because rice is involved, we already have an idea of who must have sent the messenger or whose interest he was serving. And this is very disturbing.

That these people considered two bags of rice and N500k enough compensation for the brutal murder of a man, who was a husband, father, and bread-winner to many, is deeply concerning and saddening!✍️

Peter Obi’s words are not just a campaign line; they reflect how he has consistently conducted himself.

Just look at his itinerary over the past week.

He arrived in Abuja from Lagos on Thursday, met with the British High Commissioner, proceeded for a live interview with Seun Okinbaloye, and then travelled to Anambra, where he attended to several engagements before calling it a day.

On Friday, after activities in Awka and Onitsha, he travelled to Enugu, where he met with Nigerians, encouraged them to register and collect their PVCs, and attended other public engagements.

On Saturday, he embarked on another journey, travelling by road from Enugu to Ogoja and Iyala in Cross River State. There, he donated ₦10 million to a maternity hospital, celebrated his birthday at the first Council Synod of the Anglican Diocese of Ogoja, and donated another ₦5 million to support the Church’s school.

His schedule didn’t slow down. From Cross River, he returned to Anambra, travelled onward to Delta State to honour the NDC governorship candidate at his thanksgiving service, then proceeded to Mbaise in Imo State to attend the celebration in honour of Nobel laureate James Robinson, before eventually landing in Lagos.

This is the kind of stamina leadership demands.

Nigeria is too complex, too challenged, and too important to be governed by someone who is absent from the people or disconnected from their realities. The country needs a president with the physical strength to cover every part of Nigeria, the mental capacity to understand its many challenges, and the emotional resilience to connect with its people.

Leadership is not a part-time job. It requires energy, discipline, empathy, and relentless commitment.

If Nigeria is to move from where it is today to where it ought to be, it needs a leader who is willing to do the work, not from the comfort of a “bunker”, but among the people.

The South East has been highly marginalised by this government.

From the lack of erosion projects in communities in Anambra, Imo, Abia, Ebonyi, and Enugu where homes, roads, and farmlands are consistently lost, to the lack of stable electricity for industrial hubs, to the deeply concerning situation of no Seaport or Deep Sea Port in the entire region which has the most business operators, to the Eastern railway completion. So many projects ignored.

Tinubu @officialABAT please come out from your bunker and do your job.
