@JetstarAirways Hi Mauri, we have just been sent to a hotel by jetstar with 20 others. Including families and kids. The hotel are only aware of half the group. Stranded in Auckland 13 hours after arriving in Queenstown. End destination is gold coast and flight they have arranged is for Brisbane

@JetstarAirways Absolutely scandalous booking management. Flights booked 6 months ago and arrived 2hrs before our flight to be told that our seats have been given away from Queenstown - Gold Coast. Overbooked by 20 people who are all now stranded in Queenstown.
