First pain free 5k since the end of March! I had a small tear in the cartilage in my left
hip that required rest & cross training. It’s still healing & I have to continue to cross train through the summer but it’s a start -Goofy Challenge next up #running #beatyesterday #garmin

Blessed to be able to award five Heather Bishop Memorial Scholarships in the amount of $1,000. These five students attended Floral City Elementary School & Heather loved each of them dearly. She would be so proud of their accomplishments & would be very excited for their futures
