@SunCountryAir Finally boarded and how sulkily sitting on tarmac. Your communication cpuld be a ton better. The boarding gate never showed our plane.There were zero announcements about departure and we are STILL waiting to leave gate. you could do a LOT better. Unlikely I will fly SC again

hey @comcast I was at your Edina, MN location returning some equipment when my equipment was upgraded. I had THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE experience. Bravo to your staff who were super fun, nice and so so so easy to work with.
