A 14.4% Price increase mid contract by @ee, after 20+ years with them from one2one, T-Mobile and EE this will be my last contract. Just because you can raise prices doesn’t mean you have to. That’s an entire family of phones & iPad contracts that you will lose. #noloyaltyEE

I imagine @EE will be losing customers en masse today (or ensuring they won't renew phone contracts) after hiking prices way above inflation by 14.4%. Their customer service is utterly dreadful too. Absolute garbage.

Anyone else cross that @EE and other mobile phone companies automatically increase tarifs by 14.4% - more than CPI and wage inflation? It just perpetuates the inflationary cycle and shows they don’t give 2 hoots for their customers!

Less than an hour after @EE inform me my contract cost is increasing by 14.4%, I have a new contract elsewhere for a third of the price. 15 years of loyalty just to be treated like a mug because of greedy corporations using inflation as an excuse. 👋🏻👋🏻

@EE Mark, I am aware of the CPI pricing when I signed the contract. I am also aware that new customers are getting the same contracts at the rate I originally signed up for. Didn’t say EE were being dishonest but I will be leaving them at the first chance I can get.
