Two years of using AI to ship production software with a small team taught us more than any playbook.
That capability is now its own operation: DataVisuals AI Labs. Apps you can try today, fixed-price builds in weeks.

NCUA 2026 exam priorities, in one view.
Balance sheet (lending, IRR, capital).
Operational risk (payments + fraud).
BSA/AML — still risk-based, still tailored.
Examiners aren’t looking for more dashboards. They’re looking for the record of who decided, on what basis, with what authority.
The credit unions that already have that record don’t spend six weeks reconstructing it.
We built the Decision Pipelines™ https://t.co/rI7KL7XWKY connector. Then we built Spend Explorer to show what you can do with it.
Live federal award data — spending flow, recipient risk, fund-flow network.
Fraud isn't usually in one record. It's in the shape of the flow.

@RepFitzgerald Worth watching what happens next: when exam pressure eases, the case for a bank's (or CU) soundness doesn't go away — it moves inside the institution. The banks that formalize how decisions get made and reconstructed will be the ones that grow with confidence.
Appreciate your work on this. We've done some work here as well, and also plan to submit comments.
Credit unions file the SAR. What's harder is proving how you got there...
Our BSA & fraud workflow captures the full record behind every filing — named owner, disposition rationale, evidence, supporting metadata, committee signoff. Examiner-ready, and a stronger hand-off to the law enforcement partners on the other end.
Maybe we can help @SecScottBessent. We purpose built Decision Pipelines™ as a governance tool to prevent fraud in federal grant and award programs.
It's running on real HHS FY2025 award data. Every decision becomes a structured record you can trace, defend, and audit.
Program integrity isn't a report you file. It's a system of record.

@DOGE@SecScottBessent@doge an @elonmusk - I built a fraud prevention app for the government. Shared it with my US reps, but they weren't interested! 🫤 Help me get the attention of someone who is? https://t.co/q2RdL0HnCB
50 numbers in a grid. Exact. And invisible.
Switch to a heatmap. The spike — Thursdays in May — shows up before you read it.
A chart should be the artifact. Not the wallpaper around it.

Five colors. Five legend lookups per glance. Cognitive tax.
Label each line at its endpoint. Gray the supporting cast.
One protagonist. Story is instant.

Two scales, one chart, false correlations every time.
Dual y-axis is the most overused chart in board packets.
Use small multiples. Same x-axis, four frames. Patterns jump.

3D bars lie about height.
Tilt + shadow = ambiguity. Which one actually won the quarter?
Flat the bars. Honest height. Obvious in half a second.

Pie chart with 8 slices. Your eye can't compare angles. You're guessing which is biggest.
Sort the bars. Length beats angle. Highlight the one that matters.

Most analytics vendors sell you capability. Capability isn't the problem.
The average CFI already has dashboards, reports, and data teams. What they don't have is a system that closes the loop.
Decision Governance isn't a feature. It's the missing layer between analytics and results.
