@natolisnuggets Crazy in some ways it might be worse because I would expect alcohol is often done with groups of people but like you said easily pulling up something on your phone and you could gamble thousands in seconds

I’m 25 Days from half marathon
Did a good job focusing on zone 2 training and kept hr down
Struggled at the end of 5 miles as blisters are forming after 3 days of running in the rain

I’m 26 Days from half marathon
Tried something new today in that I ran with a friend. This helped me to slow down and focus more.
When it comes to work sometimes with think it has to be boring. It’s important to incorporate fun into everything
Easy recovery day 4.5 mile walk.
Feeling a little sore from yesterday’s 9 miles but overall not bad listened to some of my favorite podcasts. Both happened to be focusing on food this week.
Fasting and cutting alcohol have been huge for me this year and I’ve cut 10 lbs already!

I ran my longest distance to date of 9 miles
Was rough run today with 35* weather and it raining the whole time.
Going to focus more on fueling
Also reminder that some things will always be out of your control and you just gotta push through what life throws at you

Rest day today prior to my longest run to date.
A big 9 miles. I’ll focus on staying closer to zone 2 training and keeping a slower more steady pace and focus on negative splits.
Today I went on a very light walk with a big group in the 35* weather
Committed to 30 days of content on my last 30 days leading up to my first 1/2 marathon.
Goal time of 2 hours
Been feeling lost lately and this has given me purpose.
I started prep on November 28th right after thanksgiving.
This will be a total of 12 weeks prep
