@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My airtel WiFi has been down for hours now, and there’s absolutely no way to reach customer support or even raise a complaint. The IVR just loops endlessly completely useless.

This isn’t the first time either. Past experiences have been just as frustrating only getting automated messages about repairing going on with no real updates or human support. It usually ends up being 2–3 days of downtime.

This level of service is really disappointing. Please fix this and provide a proper way to reach support.
