@exfatloss It's 3lbs so not really a significant change. You have made the claim before that the high glucose levels of carnivore can replenish glycogen if that was true (I don't know if it is in calorie neutral or deficit) then glycogen depletion from less protein could be many lbs water.
@Krysia830073 I originally thought that an enantiomers might cause a problem but then realised that amino acids are chiral so the confirmation would be different since a chiral center would interact with other choral centers.
@exfatloss@Huboid69@powerbottomdad1 Are you at goal because 200+lbs sounds heavy unless you are very tall. Let's review your claim that linoleic acid causes obesity. Whenever I see Brad in a video he seems heavy.
@exfatloss@Huboid69@powerbottomdad1 I lost 85lbs with tracking and the drug that made it fun. I am at my lowest adult weight ever. I did it in way less time. No real need to lose anymore except experimenting.
@exfatloss@Huboid69@powerbottomdad1 Total energy expenditure via respiration. Eat more than you burn and it has to be stored. I track calories and as a result weigh 156lbs not 200.
@exfatloss@Huboid69@powerbottomdad1 Just not true. Just the mere act of restricting calories can help a bunch of issues even before weight loss. Like BP and blood glucose. Excess calories are bad for you.
@exfatloss@Huboid69@powerbottomdad1 Lean muscle mass loss is caused by the calorie restriction not the drug. The studies show these drugs curing the liver of stuff like NAFLD. Once again though its the calories not the drug.
@JCanNuSH@ManOnThePen I am 120lbs down from my peak. BMI of 22.3. My doctor listed of a bunch of reasons why I shouldn't lose any more weight, but I want to keep going. Every single day I have to stop eating when I run out of calories. The drug just makes it easy to stop.
@FromTheAshes082@exfatloss@maxmarchione No. That's just some puritanical BS. If I could go to the gym and get the strength increases without it hurting I would go for it.
@FromTheAshes082@exfatloss@maxmarchione I don't think you understand the drugs. You decide on a good diet and exercise regime and tirzepatide makes it easy and fun to stick to.
@watchingdascene@Krysia830073 Retention time has to be affected by the configuration of the molecule. The reason the protein is folded is to get the right groups in the right place and that's what interacts with the column right?
