@raphaelstolt It's making it less likely to be used.
A first judgement of a packages quality is done by scanning which qa tools it uses.
This looks like: no tests, no phpstan,.. welp
I am a Ukrainian Nobel Peace Prize Laureate. I have a question.
Why has Trump's year of negotiations been the deadliest for civilians in Ukraine since the full-scale invasion? The number of deaths and injuries has increased by 31 percent compared to the previous year.
Why did Putin not allow himself such brutal strikes on civilian infrastructure under Biden, whom Trump calls “weak,” but totally destroys peaceful cities and disregards the “strong Trump”?

@reshetz In a way he's right. They can go almost anywhere while we wouldn't want to go where they go and certainly not to russia. We should change that.
@VotrubaT@symfony No, it's the unnamed symfony1 template language. Looks more like league/plates, but has it's own functions and stuff. Putting data into templates is via magic setters on controllers aka 'actions'. Not an easy feat for static analysis.
@VotrubaT@symfony It's not, due to templating, legacy ORM usage and other problems. most of it all it's not worth it to port a non-optimal legacy architecture to a modern framework. Better to focus on renewing complete parts.
@jakub_tobiasz Yes, but not for PHPUnit as i consider tests to be part of the main software. For all other tools like PHPStan, PHP-CS-Fixer and Rector there's a separate installation.
@doeschen11@Strien9 Also wenn dann wäre das Stichwort Suwalki-Gap, ganz sicher nicht Polen. Aber das ist aktuell auch unrealistisch.
Die Polen würden 5 Wochen später vom roten Platz grüßen.
