Just picked up new game-day shoes for every coach on our staff.

One thing I’ve always believed: if you’re asking coaches to invest their time through winter lifts, spring ball, summer workouts, practices, and game season—all while balancing careers, other sports, and their families—you should find a way to give back.

Whether it’s cash out of my own pocket, new gear, or a fresh pair of kicks, I always try to show our staff how much they’re appreciated.

Good coaches deserve to know they’re valued.
