@JemYoung I had heard of it but likely only because I grew up in Tulsa. Even there, I feel like it was taught as more of a small thing then the horrific event it was. Glad it was featured in Watchman as it really raised awareness. It’s hard to learn from history when you don’t know it.

@William_Blake @zosegal If you are fearing Tulsa due to tornados, and it’s location in “Tornado alley” I’d invite you to read this article that explains most of the central/eastern US is just as susceptible to tornados and that the south is where more fatalities happen. https://t.co/zCn1qCHf9Z
