This sets the stage for the next $GLXY deal.
Revenue / critical MW has increased ~25% compared to their initial deal with $CRWV.
The $WULF deal makes Galaxy's Helios look more valuable and it's comical both companies are trading at nearly the same market cap when Galaxy has more contracted critical IT load as well as the crypto desk.
TeraWulf $WULF signed a 20-year lease with Anthropic for its Justified Data campus in Kentucky.
The campus is expected to support about 401MW of critical IT load, with initial capacity online in H2 2027 and full capacity by early 2028.
TeraWulf says the lease represents about $19B of contracted revenue over the initial term.
Separately, TeraWulf is selling its 50.1% stake in the Abernathy JV to a Fluidstack-led investor group, monetizing an approximately $450M investment.
Interesting read-through for Kraken Robotics ( $PNG.V / $KRKNF)
Reuters is reporting Canada has selected Germany’s TKMS for its new submarine fleet.
Why this matters: TKMS is not just a random defence prime to Kraken. TKMS ATLAS UK has already integrated Kraken’s KATFISH system onto its ARCIMS unmanned surface vessel for mine countermeasure and underwater infrastructure missions.
To be clear, this is not a confirmed Kraken contract. The submarine award is for the platform/hulls, and Kraken is not building submarines.
But it does strengthen the setup.
If TKMS is leading Canada’s submarine program, Kraken becomes a more logical Canadian subsea technology partner around the surrounding packages: mine countermeasures, unmanned systems, seabed surveillance, sonar mapping, Arctic infrastructure monitoring, and industrial-benefit commitments.

Anyone foaming at the mouth to FOMO into SharonAI $SHAZ here should take a read through the below.
These guys quite literally had to an issue an 8-K just a few months ago to admit that NVIDIA “is not a strategic shareholder in SharonAI”, which they had falsely stated as such in their 10-K.
Read that again.. They straight up lied about NVIDIA being an investor of theirs.. And had the audacity to include this lie in their 10-K. Truly diabolical stuff.
