If you try to predict the future, you will be wrong and have wasted effort for it, but if you don't try to predict the future you're going to miss out on all the tendies π€
@leolanza This idea is so straightforward I'm baffled by the confusion. People arguing that there's no mechanical lever that causes eth price to climb with respect to TVL are just putting a bag on their head to the fact that if TVL and market cap diverge, it's not secure
@dunleavy89 I mean it doesn't have to be a blatant no-op. I imagine it will go like this: Coinbase one member? Rewards on idle balance no problem. Otherwise make a trade once a month (lots of people probably do this already to get sweepstakes entries etc). Lending rewards unimpacted
Once you realize you can buy roasts, cut steaks, vacuum seal them individually and cook one straight out the freezer anytime, your life will never be the same
@SahilBloom A few years back I decided to get a treadmill with 9% incline for under my desk. Since then 100% of the time I spend playing video games takes place while walking 3mph at 9% incline. Free money in fitness terms.
I've got more than 32 $eth. Not currently running my own validator. Letting Coinbase manage it. For an extra ~1% apy it doesn't really seem worth it to manage a validator myself. Thoughts?
@CoachDanGo I always eat a "slop bowl" of whatever meat I've bulk prepped recently (100-150g), lentils (100-150g), kimchi. Usually eat this for lunch & dinner. If the meat is not so lean I'll supplement with egg whites to pump the protein numbers
I love @Coinbase - but this jank happens in the app on Android too often. Pages just don't load. I usually just close the app and come back to it later.
