आज दिनांक 03.06.2026 को थाना फतेहपुर सीकरी क्षेत्र में ग्वालियर गेट के पास एक 20-25 फुट गहरे तालाब में एक युवती डूब रही थी। वहां मौजूद स्थानीय लोगों ने शोर मचा रहे थे, इसी दौरान थाना फतेहपुर सीकरी की चीता मोबाइल वहां से गुजर रही थी कि लोगों का शोर सुनकर रिक्रूट आरक्षी दीपक सोलंकी वहां पहुँचे तो देखा ��क युवती गहरे पानी में डूब रही है। बिना समय गंवाये रिक्रूट आरक्षी दीपक सोलंकी ने जूते उताकर वर्दी में ही तालाब में छलांग लगा दी।

जीवन रक्षा को सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता देते हुए रिक्रूट आरक्षी द्वारा अस्थायी रस्सी की सहायता से युवती को सुरक्षित बाहर निकाला गया। तत्पश्चात युवती को उपचार हेतु अस्पताल भिजवाया गया।

आरक्षी दीपक सोलंकी द्वारा अदम्य साहस का परिचय देते हुए युवती की जीवन रक्षा की ग��ी। पुलिस कमिश्नर आगरा @DeepakKumarIPS द्वारा उक्त आरक्षी को उसके उत्साहवर्धन हेतु ₹1000/- का नकद पुरस्कार एवं प्रशस्ति-पत्र प्रदान कर, सम्मानित किया जायेगा।

Those who misuse authority, abuse power, engage in corruption, or issue illegal orders are not protecting the organisation; they are damaging it from within. An institution is built on honour, integrity, and accountability. Individuals involved in criminal misconduct cannot hide behind the uniform, office, or rank they hold.

Every citizen and every member of the Armed Forces, police, bureaucracy, and public service has a moral and constitutional duty to stand against wrongdoing. Blind obedience to illegal orders is not loyalty it is complicity. Silence in the face of corruption only strengthens those who seek to undermine the Nation's institutions.

History has never remembered those who remained silent. It remembers those who stood for truth, justice, and the rule of law despite personal risks.

I appeal to all serving personnel, veterans, and citizens: raise your voice against corruption, abuse of power, victimisation, and injustice. Support transparency, accountability, and constitutional values. The fight is not against any organisation; it is against those individuals who misuse their position to weaken it.

When matter reached to police and Dr provided crucial evidence and approached CAT. CAT gave him relief & set aside ICC report and gave department another chance to cary out disciplinary proceedings if reqd but not on the statment recorded during ICC. Is it not ill-treatment when a recovering mother and an innocent child are subjected to continued pressure and distress? Why should a child be drawn into matters that have already caused a family years of suffering? For over three years, the family has endured uncertainty, harassment allegations, and emotional trauma. Every action that increases stress on a recovering mother and affects the normal growth of a child raises serious questions about welfare, compassion, and leadership. In a democracy, accountability cannot be selective. Public office is not a business opportunity it is a solemn commitment made on oath to serve the nation and its people. When institutions fail, responsibility must be fixed, and it should begin at the highest levels of leadership.
