@albfresco @idoccor In Omaha we have some of that already - Google was first, then Meta in this corner of town near the interstate that curves towards Lincoln.

It was flourishing with housing near it for easier commutes, but it’s visibly stunted growth in the SW corner near Ashland

I think my sentiment lies more along the lines of 15yrs of housing buildout and the impacts this structure has on really the long term outlook for buildout for the town not only🏠

This could be useful for that business - yes, but the web they create if opt to sharing with the county is bad

They basically AUTO SHARE without your discretion or voting capabilities with other counties out of the state you live in. I can guarantee there's probably a preset for biz that buy these to auto share with the county....
