Whether you support liberal or conservative views, to discredit entire candidates by speculating on one's cognition and stating they have "dementia" is plain wrong. Even worse to state they are unfit to serve because of a high chance of an acute medical event.

From a Geriatrician's perspective, in the next year of American politics, AGE will be the biggest topic. With 19 months to go, there has already been a sickening amount of #Ageism, and foresee it only getting worse. America will be forced to reckon with its aging population.

@LiangRhea @gmcuk This is essentially teaching trainees to sacrifice yourself for a system and normalize burnout. I scored 50% on my med school finals and never looked back. This form of testing is subjective to the point of being unethical to determine ranking for future opportunities.
