Master balancer of work, play, and family. I work in personal finance but this is a personal account. So I say what I want and none of it’s investment advice.
Last year I watched @rileytufte27 take a teammate’s slap shot off the chin in front of the net. He immediately went to the locker room. I assumed his jaw was no longer part of his skull. He was back in the game 15 mins later. Absolute beast. One of our favs.
P-Bruins forward Riley Tufte has recorded 14 points through 9 games, good enough for the league lead in scoring.
He also ranks 2nd in the AHL with 7 goals, and leads the league in plus/minus with a +12 rating.

@LLBean won’t repair my kid’s backpack zipper (at my cost) because I can’t find proof of purchase. Instead, they chose to ship it back unrepaired at their cost. I feel like everyone should know that 😂👎.
@TKopelman Nick Murray has always described the financial advisor’s job as behavior modification and thrift coaching. It’s so true. My interpretation - save until it hurts and stop trying to time the market.
@DBorrelliMurray and I still have some availability at our Narragansett beach house, so the next 3 bookings through Airbnb are 20% off and the minimum stay is now 4 nights. Check it out! https://t.co/LKCnCPYmEF
I’m currently paying a law firm and a property manager through the nose. Both great reputations and highly recommended. Both completely failing to get the job done. Maybe stop vilifying financial advisors that charge 1% to actually help people have a dignified 30 year retirement?
How exactly are ETFs more tax-efficient than mutual funds? @alphaarchitect breaks it down in this still relevant 2014 white paper. https://t.co/IvrQDXGnuh
