Fifteen cases in forty-five years… that is the number Steve Hobbs and his office have been selling Washington voters all year, and today the Acting U.S. Attorney stood up in Seattle and said his office found 405 non-citizens who voted, many of them more than once, over 1,500 ballots illegally cast, and they found all of that while the state refuses to hand over the voter rolls.

They did it without Olympia's help. Neil Floyd said the state of Washington "does not have the capacity or the will to check if non-citizens are voting," and he told Jason Rantz some of these people have voted "several dozen times" going back decades. How did they get on the rolls? Motor voter. You walk in for a driver's license, somebody checks a box, a ballot shows up in your mailbox, and some of them told investigators they figured a ballot in the mail meant they were allowed to vote. Of course they did… that is exactly what mail-in voting with no citizenship check produces.

And here is the part that should make every citizen in that state angry. Washington says its own law bars it from asking about immigration status. So how exactly does Steve Hobbs know ineligible ballots get caught before they count? He doesn't. He can't. Floyd asked the obvious question, why wouldn't you accept help, and said nobody from the Secretary of State's office has even called him. Hobbs refused the request for the full rolls, the state has fought DOJ in court to keep them hidden, and Floyd says that fight is ongoing. Why does an honest secretary of state hide the list?

Floyd also pointed back to 2004, when Christine Gregoire won the governor's race by 129 votes after two recounts. 129. And he says 405 is only the tip of the iceberg and he expects thousands, because so far they have mostly looked at green card holders, not people here illegally.

I have been saying it for years… you cannot audit what they will not let you see.

Ballots are already coming in for November 3rd, and once they are counted there is no taking them back. The letter is on your desk, Steve. Set those ballots aside and open the rolls.

$3.565 billion dollars in property tax revenue is taken in to pay for the Los Angeles unified school district, the total funding to the school district is around $15-$18 billion dollars per year and somehow that’s just not enough…

VICTORY! Despite having received sufficient votes and filing the requisite Declaration of Intent to be a Republican Precinct Delegate, I was told by Canton Township election officials that I was not certified as a delegate in the wake of the August 2026 primary election. I was not alone. A total of 17 Republican precinct delegates were similarly denied certification.

The reason? In my case, Canton Township revealed that it had not submitted the Declaration of Intent form to Wayne County.

The remedy? Per Canton Township election officials, there was no remedy. The election was already certified. As a former middle school teacher or mine was fond of saying, "tough noogies".

I didn't accept that answer. In addition to pursuing FOIA requests to gain a better understanding of exactly how this happened, I searched MI statutes on my own for a "remedy". Upon completing my research, I submitted a letter to Wayne County citing why they needed to remedy this abrogation of my rights.

The result? See attached. I am now a certified Republican Precinct Delegate for Canton Township Precinct 15. Furthermore, I am advised that other Wayne County Republican Delegates previously denied their certification have now been certified.

Bottom line: You can fight City Hall. In order to do so, however, you need to be tenacious, informed and faith-driven.

Lobbyist for China-owned Smithfield Foods hides CCP-tied owner on 30th straight disclosure report.

A federal disclosure report filed last week by the U.S. lobbyist for China-owned Smithfield Foods @SmithfieldFoods has once again omitted the company’s Chinese owner.

That makes 30 straight noncompliant federal disclosure reports dating back to 2019 where Smithfield’s lobbyists have improperly left off the company’s Chinese owner when asked to name any foreign entities with an interest in the lobbying activity.

As I’ve previously reported, Smithfield Foods is 87% owned by China’s 万洲国际 (WH Group) and its leadership is connected to the Communist Party and People’s Liberation Army. It controls 1,600 pig farms across 10 states, 25% of the U.S. pork market, and about 85,000 acres of American farmland.

On its October 20, 2026, third quarter lobbying report, Greenberg Traurig @GT_Law reported another $180,000 in lobbying for Smithfield on the Senate Farm Bill. Smithfield is lobbying to include Sen. Joni Ernst’s @SenJoniErnst and Rep. Ashley Hinson’s @hinsonashley pro-CCP “Save Our Bacon Act” (SOB Act) in the Farm Bill and to allow continued Chinese ownership of American farmland.

Smithfield’s Chinese owner 万洲国际 obviously has a vested interest in this and stands to benefit significantly.

I reported exclusively last month how, after a federal complaint, Smithfield’s lobbyist Greenberg Traurig amended its 2026 second quarter disclosure filing to name its Chinese owner. 

One day after my story was published, they submitted another amendment and deleted WH Group’s name again.

Senator Rick Scott @SenRickScott responded to my story with a post saying, “This is strange. My office is looking into this.”

Senator Scott is right.

Smithfield’s lobbyists should be investigated immediately by the U.S Attorney in DC and the DOJ for violations of lobbying disclosure laws related to foreign influence…

We need to keep the CCP out of our food supply.
