Of course the 23.32 @gwrhelp from Paddington to Reading departed late. I mean why would it leave on time from a half empty station having been waiting at the platform for the past 30 min?

@parcelforce I’ve literally been outside my house all morning doing stuff outside, and just got a notification 20 minutes ago saying my parcel could not be delivered as no one was available. This is a complete lie - no delivery was attempted.
You know @reading_buses, the number of buses that just ‘disappear’ off your app is ludicrous. No mention of them being cancelled or late. They just don’t turn up and ‘disappear’, leaving customers naffed off and fed up of your services.
@7bone_dive I love your food but my god orders take SO long to make. 45 min so far on a Deliveroo order and still not ready…

@PostOffice Will you ever enable sending a parcel by QR code from your self service tills? Entire queue has QR code parcels and the self service tills are empty.
If anyone is thinking of using @bookingcom or @MalmaisonHotels to book a hotel over the festive period, don’t bother. Find another booking/hotel company. As they’ll just increase their rates for a pre-existing booking and threaten to cancel it unless you pay the extra.
