#NCAA is spending about $54 M in 3rd party legal fees for its fiscal year ending in August 2019.

I have always questioned the utility of a concussion app or even a sideline screener used by non-medical personnel. What’s the point if you still must seek medical attention if you SUSPECT there is a concussion? Let the medical doc make the diagnosis.
