1. उनके अनुसार, CJP और कुछ अन्य विरोध करने वाले संगठनों को विदेशी देशों से समर्थन और फंडिंग मिलती है। उनका कहना है कि इसे समझने के लिए FCRA की भूमिका समझनी होगी।

2. वे कहते हैं कि 1997 में Pfizer ने Lipitor दवा लॉन्च की। 2002 में Ranbaxy ने उसकी जेनेरिक दवा बनाने की कोशिश की, जिसके बाद 2003 में Pfizer ने Ranbaxy पर मुकदमा कर दिया।

3. इसी दौरान दिनेश ठाकुर Ranbaxy में आए और बाद में व्हिसलब्लोअर बन गए। लेखक का दावा है कि इससे Ranbaxy को भारी नुकसान हुआ।

4. Ranbaxy छोड़ने के बाद दिनेश ठाकुर अमेरिका में Infosys Technologies से जुड़े, जिसे लेखक Pfizer से जुड़ा बताते हैं।

5. इसके बाद दिनेश ठाकुर ने Pfizer India की पूर्व अधिकारी चित्रा लेले और दिनेश कस्तूरिल के साथ मिलकर एक कंपनी बनाई।

6. लेखक का कहना है कि इस कंपनी के सलाहकारों में अशोक गांगुली जैसे बड़े नाम भी जुड़े थे।

7. आगे लेखक दावा करते हैं कि Wipro भी Pfizer को सेवाएँ देती है और दिनेश कस्तूरिल बाद में Wipro में भी काम करने लगे।

8. लेखक का आरोप है कि Ranbaxy के कमजोर होने से Pfizer को लगभग 100 अरब डॉलर का फायदा हुआ।

9. इसके बाद, लेखक के अनुसार, कुछ बड़े उद्योगपतियों और फाउंडेशनों ने ऐसे फंड बनाए जिनसे The Wire, Alt News और अन्य संस्थाओं को आर्थिक सहायता मिली।

10. लेखक का दावा है कि दिनेश ठाकुर को अमेरिकी सरकार से भी व्हिसलब्लोअर इनाम मिला और बाद में उन्होंने Thakur Family Foundation बनाई, जिसने कई संस्थाओं को फंड किया।

11. लेखक का कहना है कि CJP से जुड़ी बताई जाने वाली अंजलि भारद्वाज भी इस फाउंडेशन के सलाहकार मंडल से जुड़ी थीं।

12. लेखक का दावा है कि बड़ी विदेशी दवा कंपनियाँ World Vision, Save the Children और ActionAid जैसे NGOs के माध्यम से धन पहुँचाती हैं।

13. लेखक के अनुसार, भारत में हर्ष मंदर, शबाना आज़मी और कुछ अन्य लोग इन NGOs से जुड़े रहे हैं।

14. लेखक का कहना है कि यही कारण है कि कुछ सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता कई बड़े विरोध प्रदर्शनों में सक्रिय दिखाई देते हैं।

15. लेखक दावा करते हैं कि Internet Freedom Foundation भी ऐसे आंदोलनों में भूमिका निभाती रही।

16. लेखक के अनुसार, यह पूरा नेटवर्क विरोध प्रदर्शन, कोर्ट केस, इंटरनेट बंदी के खिलाफ याचिकाएँ और सोशल मीडिया अभियान चलाकर सरकार पर दबाव बनाने का काम करता है।

17. लेखक लोगों से DisinfoLab का थ्रेड पढ़ने की भी अपील करते हैं।

18. लेखक का आरोप है कि Peek TV, The Red Mike, Newslaundry, Alt News और The Wire जैसी संस्थाओं को IPSMF और Thakur Family Foundation से फंडिंग मिली।

19. अंत में लेखक कहते हैं कि उनकी टीम OnlyFactIndia इस कथित नेटवर्क के खिलाफ काम कर रही है, उन्होंने कभी ऐसी फंडिंग नहीं ली और लोगों से सहयोग की अपील करते हैं।

Her name is Namrata Macwan, and she works as an ASHA (Accredited Social Health Activist) supervisor in Gujarat

Macwan would make her team stay back after work to disparage Hindu deities by calling them "stones", distribute Bibles and make them watch faith-healing videos

Once, under the guise of field work in Vadodara, she took them to an actual gathering where pastors were giving sermons on superiority of Bible and people were giving testimonies of how conversion changed their lives

When her team members tried to leave, she threatened to withhold their salaries

Finally, last year, one of the members filed a complaint against Macwan at Khambhat Rural Police Station, describing a series of such incidents between 2022 and 2024

FIR was filed under Gujarat Freedom of Religion Act (or anti-forced conversion act)

After investigating her activities and financial transactions, police wrote in chargesheet that Macwan and her family are members of Jehovah's Witnesses, actively seek converts and they had received Rs 30 crore from the organisation for conversion-related activities

Recently, Macwan filed for bail in Gujarat High Court

Macwan's lawyer argued that as a member of Jehovah's Witnesses, she had a fundamental right under Article 25 of the Constitution to propagate her faith

High Court rejected it

Court observed that the constitutional right to propagate religion does not extend to conversions brought about through force, fraud or coercion

The case is under trial at a sessions court

Now imagine if there were no state anti-forced conversion laws. How would such crimes even be brought to trial?

This week, Maharashtra became the 13th state to enact a Freedom of Religion law

At the same time, several petitions seeking to repeal or dilute such laws, including those filed by organisations such as Jamiat, the Catholic Bishops' Conference and Teesta Setalvad’s, are pending before Supreme Court

@sewanyaya, along with our legal partner @NetworkforJus, have intervened in these proceedings, enabling 18 interventions petitions by actual victims of forced conversions

We are awaiting the next hearing

On ground, we are continuously spreading awareness about conversion tactics and these laws so people can use them and states that don't have the law yet, must introduce it

Looks like Saurav Das cleared out the GK1 house over the last two days. Very curiously in the years he occupied the house, the rental agreement was in the name of 4 people - not one of whom was named Saurav Das. The owners name still has not been mutated to the new owners.
