OUTRAGEOUS... the 2nd refund request was done by @KLM themselves after they incorrectly rejected the first one -their error and yet now I have to wait 90 Days AGAIN for the THIRD TIME. You’d think after this many errors on their behalf they’d be able to escalate my complaint??
