@connor_m I've seen a few brands hire outsourced 3PL managers to conduit between them and the 3PLs, seems to work out well for both parties. Have you come across this, or have any thoughts on how it works?

@drewfallon12 Is this for the UK entity alone, or how does it account for international sales? In theory there would be no obligation for them to report any sales outside the UK either?
@aaronrubin Are there any ways that you could realistically detect transshipments? What’s to say the products being transshipped don’t under “substantial transformation” and hence have second country as COO?
@patrickc Great list, I’d also add that quality of food/produce in Europe is typically a lot higher than in the US, as well as being cheaper.
But US attitudes/optimism for the future make up for it.
