Your text marketing need to do three key things (at a minimum).
- Connect (Resonate with your audience)
- Clarify (Be super clear about your offer)
- Call (Invite them to take action)
Without all of these, they’ll be ineffective.

The brands that care about the customer experience will get better results and the brands that spam their audience will see diminishing returns.
Brands that just push their own products on social never last with good engagement.
The content needs to be useful & relevant to people, even if they will never become a customer of the brand.
