@Marilyn84422239 @mags74uk @Smithy_714 @ThePTR2018 @TUIUK I was due to fly Saturday just gone. Holiday was cancelled mid-April. Made sure I had 2 or 3 emails from them were they say they are not refunding me and then I put my case together and drafted a narrative in chronological order.

If you make it clear to CC company that you have rejected the credit note and want a refund in accordance with Package Travel Regs then I do not understand how they can just reject your dispute.
@mags74uk @Smithy_714 @ThePTR2018 @TUIUK Yesterday my S75 claim against my CC was successful. I was offered a travel credit or refund credit note too, but I refused to accept. Tell your bank you have refused the travel credit and request a refund under the Package Travel Regulations.
@Keithtumbo @ThePTR2018 I submitted the claim just over 2 weeks ago. Was surprised it was so quick as I expected there would be a backlog! I made sure I sent several requests to VP first stating my right for a refund under PTR and refused an RCN. Gave them enough chances to do the right thing.
@ThePTR2018 just to let you know that my S75 claim against Voyage Prive has been successful and Capital One have refunded me the £4.5k i was owed. They are giving VP 45 days to dispute, but not sure what evidence they will be providing! So good luck to them!!
@ABTAtravel @ThePTR2018 ABTA you need to sort out @VoyagePriveUK. I have tried to be flexible and suggest they provide me with a date they can refund me but now they are ignoring the question. Currently waiting for a response from CC re. My S75 dispute. ABTA are effing useless.
@LoubieSav I would happily wait for a refund (3 months, 6months). Unfortunately I have been given Travel Credit which I have refused and the Travel Company are now ignoring me.

@ThePTR2018 and @VoyagePriveUK. Section 75 dispute raised with CC company for breach of contract and breach of package travel regulations. Refused to give a refund and hides behind ABTA advise, pathetic.
@jo21040@VoyagePriveUK@voyageprive Cancel the holiday yourself. If so, pit together a case for claiming on CC. Easy to do and i have used it plenty of times in the past, used it in a similar situation when the iceland volcano caused cancellations. Happy to help so just let me know.
