I like thousands of others was sat waiting on @TUIUK to refund me for my cancelled holiday, was told my money would be back in my account within 3-5 working days but like everyone else nothing was refunded so I decided to do a chargeback through my bank. The bank explained itโฆ

@Jeannet63546503 @ThePTR2018 I spoke to the bank during the chargeback process and they said it would depend on whether tui agreed to it. If tui didnโt I wouldnโt receive my money back through chargeback, clearly tui agreed and released the funds.
@berryshake51@Flight_Refunds@TUIUK Iโm with hsbc, I paid direct debit over 7 month and when the refund landed in my bank it showed up as a direct debit refund (DDRFD)

@c4kky@Flight_Refunds If you paid by debit card contact your bank and do a chargeback. I was waiting on my refund from tui and it never came. I did a chargeback through my bank and recieved my money within 4 working days. You do not have to accept a voucher by law you are entitled to your money back.
