Under the agreement, the supply of the products and services is expected to be completed during the fourth quarter of 2026. The agreement includes a three-year extended warranty for the supplied products, amounting to approximately USD 1.5 million (constituting part of the total consideration)

The Company views this agreement as an additional step in expanding the Company’s activities generally, and with the U.S. Army in particular, and as an expression of continued confidence in the Company’s systems. This follows a prior agreement totaling approximately USD 13.4 million from May 2025, intended to support the Company’s solutions through the Army’s “urgent operational needs” program

Avapritinib is not benign. From UptoDate: "Of note, it has been our experience that some cognitive impairment from avapritinib may persist despite dose modification or discontinuation of treatment, and further follow-up is needed to determine the duration and potential reversal of symptoms." The Sutent/bezu combo may also displace Ava in later line GIST therapy.

Goal is to exploit a loophole in FDA approval regs. From the prescribing information: The key secondary endpoint of percentage of patients who experienced sustained pain freedom up to 24 hours (pain free from 2 hours through 24 hours postdose without use of other medications) was statistically significantly greater among patients who received a single dose of SYMBRAVO (16.1%) compared to those who received meloxicam (9%; p=0.001), OR rizatriptan (11%; p=0.038).

So you are comparing a combination tablet of meloxicam and riz to EITHER melox or riz. How about comparing it to meloxicam AND rizatriptan? This is highly misleading and inflationary, not to mention disgusting.
