So you waste a shitload of money paying to have it cooked for you. Only restaurant steaks worth buying are dry aged if you dont have a dry age fridge at home

A smart/lucky shopper can get a better steak off a good cut from USDA choice than the average cut from USDA prime. Your local butcher buys carcasses, not cuts.
