@RandoxOfficial currently abroad, due to return to UK next week. With changes to tests, can our locator numbers be changed to the lateral flow tests we have with us which we won’t need to fly back and then just do them on Day 2 when home?
@EE just checking, if I were to do an upgrade with a trade in and have to wait 4 weeks or so for delivery of handset due to stock, that I don’t need to send in my existing handset back until the new one arrives? 😀

@TUIUK I’ve just received my @chronomentary fit-to-fly results but the reports have been dated 01/01/1970 12:00am. How do we get this resolved? It has the correct sample collection time on it.
@TUIUK @chronomentary I have sent a DM as you cut me off when the operator took me off hold. Need this urgently sorting as the report from @chronomentary has the wrong date on it and we fly 7am Thursday 3rd.
