@FishNugget4 I haven’t read it, but it’s probably because what happened to you was extremely unfair and sets a terrible precedent. Only someone who is looking out to get offended and make a statement out of it would have reacted the way that judge did. Fight it!

@mindpumpsal Because strength, mobility and performance all will improve with time. Not right after one single workout. I’m doing your MAPS starter and it can make me pretty sore unless I use super light weights and then I feel I’m not really pushing my body enough.
