@vaultpress Trying for days to reach VaultPress re client site and dup account issue -- account expiring and they want to pay you money -- we get reply our email is received--but nothing happens and no one is communicating with me -- how can we reach you and resolve this?

@vaultpress working on https://t.co/rwMN1PFEbC -- the issue is that there is a dup account under https://t.co/ucvU8FZgjQ - they bought Vaultpress under /old - your techs converted to combine -- but license still is under /old - and it is expiring -- client wants to renew correct account

@pearsonified But it is not currently possible to 'Login' --- the log in info no longer works -- this issue is not just mine , but other Thesis users also - know a couple have mentioned it to me
