Désolée mais je pense que dépenser de l’argent pour rendre la vie impossible aux SDF plutôt que pour les aider c’est le symbole parfait d’un système dépourvu d’humanité
Oh and to risk embarrassing myself for human connection is no true risk at all, because nobody whose opinion really matters would ever think less of another person for choosing the vulnerability of putting themself out there.
a key point everyone is missing when it comes to how much this movie has made is that people are watching it 5+ times
this is the real discussion we need to be having. what is it about this movie that is bringing people in for that scale of repeat viewings.
realizing you can't just labor your way into financial freedom is terrifying. hard work alone isn't enough anymore, there is a whole different system at play.
Zöe Kravitz reflects on aging and life changes:
“I think that I’m hyper-aware of the fact that I’m going to die one day. The other day, I was walking past this woman, she was very old and she was walking so slow. The fact that I can just walk up a flight of stairs with no problem is amazing. Someday I might not be able to.
[..]As women, so much of our value is about the way that we look. There is this complex relationship between being annoyed at the construction guys who are whistling at you. [...] I really want to work on elevating or evolving my inner self.
If I spend all this time now mad that I don’t look the way I want to look, it’s like you’re wasting it. Whether you get Botox or not, you’re going to age. You’re going to look different in some way. If you don’t do the work internally to prepare yourself for the fact that life is going to happen to you, then that’s going to be the hardest part.”

A beautiful Oscar trio. A long-time veteran who’s been in films since 1982 winning for a horror film, an Irish actress/singer, who’s career is about to become immensely big, and an actor who’s worked as a kid, led studio films and won for the most successful original film of 2025
real actors who aren’t nepo babies or billionaire influencers sending in 100s of auditions every year just to be passed up for someone who randomly decided to just pivot into acting this year….yeah of course okay
Kylie Jenner tells Vanity Fair she’s been getting sent movie scripts to act in:
“Nothing that I feel is right yet, but I 100 percent want to do more. I really like comedy. I think I’m good at it. Maybe next time I talk to you, I’ll be the lead of an action movie!”
I’ve realized that many people don’t actually love reading books. They love the identity of being someone who reads books. The aesthetic of it. The photos. The intellectual vibe. But the quiet discipline of reading slowly and thinking deeply? That part is very unpopular.
